Rzvivy business the provider made the decision on change of data center. For moving to other DPC it was required to provide the continuity of the customer service delivery. As the IT partner selected Softline company.

Project Progress

For transfer of the equipment from one data center in another without serious consequences for business processes, specialists of Softline suggested to use service in the HaaS model – the equipment as service.

Project Results

Service helped Flops company to lease the equipment, to configure it and through an Internet channel to transfer data of clients to other DPC without idle times in work of key services.

The customer updated the park of the equipment and cut down expenses on its acquisition: the company replaced capital costs with operating rooms, making monthly payment for lease of servers. Within the HaaS program the customer received uniform point of entry for permission of technical requests (service and service support program and the hardware), a possibility of placement in the selected DPC and the subsequent redemption of the equipment at residual cost.

In a project deliverable the customer did not bring funds for purchase of servers out of turnover of the company and migrated data in new DPC without idle time in work of IT services. It became possible with emergence in our portfolio of the Hardware as a Service direction. It should be noted that Softline one of the few companies in domestic IT market which started providing the equipment in a service format. Such approach becomes more and more widespread and popular, especially at customers who want to expand computing powers and at the same time to reduce infrastructure charges. We are sure that the equipment as service will be widely demanded in the nearest future. Thanks to this service customers can significantly reduce costs both on purchase of the IT equipment, and on its further service.

Thanks to cooperation with Softline we organized transition to new servers by the most convenient method: placed client data on the received equipment then dismantled remained, brought to data center and added to available capacities. As a result all works were carried out in time and within the budget. Further we are going to purchase additional resources to continue to develop IT infrastructure.
