The automatic transfer line of hot stamping was completely integrated into production at the plant of the company in Saarlui (Germany). During upgrade of the enterprise, for November, 2018 investments of Ford into re-equipment of the plant made 600 million euros. For November, 2018 hot stamping is used in production of the next Ford Focus.

According to representatives of the company, in hot stamping the procurements for parts warmed up to 930 ° are used. Robots unload them in a form of the hydraulic press developing pressure to 1150 tons. For November, 2018 molding and cooling are made in 3 seconds. Boristy steel by this moment reaches such durability that for giving of a final shape and removal of excess metal laser beams which temperature exceeds lava temperature are used.
