2011: Implementation and maintenance of 1C: Integrated Automation

In September 2011, the implementation of the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 software product was completed at Brigadier-Technologies, which specializes in the production of household appliances.

The prerequisite for the project was the dynamic development of the company and the inability of the current accounting system to meet the growing needs of the organization. There was an urgent need to switch to a software solution of a more modern 1C: Enterprise 8 platform.

The 1C integrator WiseAdvice-IT conducted an audit of the accounting of Brigadier-Technologies, optimized key business processes. To achieve the goals, the recommended 1C system was implemented: Integrated automation.

The new system covered the contours of regulated, operational and management accounting. The management of the enterprise received the capabilities of automated analysis financial data and forecasting, as well as cash management.

Now the company keeps records of its own transport and warehouse logistics, which helps to quickly deliver customer orders both in retail and wholesale sales. Sales, purchasing and warehouse processes are also fully automated in a single 1C system. The calculation of the actual and standard cost of sold products helped to optimize the production process and the final cost of the goods. In addition, the system maintains detailed personnel accounting and employee time accounting. Time reports for each employee are available to the management team for review, which also allows planning of the schedule by department.

After implementation, the system is supported and the users are advised on how to work with the system.
