The 1C-Rarus company announces project completion on automation operational and accounting at the supplier of professional materials for nail extension Formula of Pro.

The created information system automated supply management, warehouse stocks, orders of buyers. The transparency of the main business processes of the company is provided.

The Formula of the Pro company delivers professional materials for nail extension and also necessary accessories, tools and the equipment across all territory of Russia.

The company management made the decision on creation of an information system for maintaining operational and accounting according to standards of the Russian legislation. As a basis the modern platform "1C:Enterprise 8" is selected. The 1C: Trade Management 8 and 1C: Accounting 8 software products developed on it were optimal for the solution of accounting tasks of the company.

Involved specialists of 1C-Rarus company in automation. The created information system covered 10 jobs.

Relationship with buyers is automated: order placement, calculation of their cost value. The information system allows the company to obtain operational data on settlement with consumers from all Russia by supply of materials, accessories, tools and the equipment for nail extension. Management of warehouses, stock analysis by the principle of ABC/XYZ is organized.

The information system promotes effective management of price policy, carrying out price analysis, formation of price lists on the sold products.

Regarding accounting and tax accounting the created system helps the company:

• keep fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
• keep the cash-book, the purchase ledger and the sales ledger;
• create and hand over the regulated reporting;
• keep tax accounting.

Payroll and registration of personnel is kept.

As a result of project implementation in Formula of Pro accounting of operating and business activities is improved, the transparency of company management is increased.
