Forum Russia - Sports power (1C: Accounting PROF)

Implementation of the new software based on the 1C Platform is carried successfully out to ANO Forum Rossiya-Sportivnaya derzhava The annual International forum "Russia — the Sports Power" is founded by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation for the purpose of development of physical culture and sport, the international sports cooperation and also promotion of a healthy lifestyle. For the purpose of expansion of the international sports cooperation on March 26, 2010 the forum received the status of international. Within the forum there takes place a number of actions, such as plenary sessions, scientific and practical conferences, "round tables", seminars, the congresses and the international sports competitions. The main tasks of a forum are increase in a role of physical culture and sport in development of a human capital of Russia, improvement of a system of measures for counteraction to doping, application of international standards in sport, promotion and implementation of the information digital technologies increasing efficiency of activity in the field of physical culture and sport, development of the fundamental principles and values of Olympism. In total taking into account sports and cultural events the forum visits about 300 thousand people. Heads of the international sports federations, associations and public organizations, members of the International Olympic Committee and National Olympic Committees of the different countries already participated in a forum.

Due to the huge volume of the obtained and processed information, the chief accountant the Forum "Russia — the Sports Power", Rubezhova Tatyana Grigoryevna, was faced the need of the choice of the software for department of accounting. The accounting technique in this program provides simultaneous registration of each record of economic transaction, both on accounts of accounting, and on necessary cuts of analytical accounting, quantitative and currency accounting. Users can independently manage an accounting technique within setup of account policy, create new sub-accounts and cuts of analytical accounting. 1C: Accounting 8 represents set of 1C: Enterprise platform 8 and configuration Enterprise accounting. In the program 1C: Accounting 8 is put a possibility of sharing with application solutions 1C: Trade management and 1C: Salary and Personnel management, also created on 1C: Enterprise platform 8. Program 1C basis: Accounting 8 are such functions as:

• Accounting "from the document" and standard transactions.
• Accounting of transactions with money.
• Salary accrual.
• Accounting of business activities of several organizations in uniform information base.

Thanks to software installation based on the 1C Platform in ANO Forum Rossiya-Sportivnaya derzhava it was succeeded to improve operating conditions of department of accounting considerably.
