Free Lines Company Qlik Sense

Automation of process of the Supply chain of goods from warehouses of partners to outlets and also – between the logistic centers and shops was necessary for the company. The project on implementation of analytics in this business process would help to automate process and to make optimization to 70 working rates of the specialists controlling processes manually.

Initially, the external company had to execute the project, and implementation would take 2-3 months of works. The company offered issue of licenses to users for a limited number of time. But after the analysis of the offered project, it was decided to conduct development independently, having received as a result more flexible, configured and personalized functionality. The Qlik Sense project managed to be completed in 2.5 months by forces of one developer. Project Results:

After half a year, after implementation of the tool on the basis of Qlik Sense, it was succeeded to automate control of a supply chain and to optimize 50 working rates. And in 6 more months, the analytical tool was taken out on a separate cluster out of corporate network and gave an opportunity to suppliers independently to monitor movements of goods and to optimize the supply chains.

In one calendar year from start of the project of the company it was succeeded to achieve the following financial results:

• 12 million rubles economy on personnel for half a year, due to reduction of 50 rates in half a year: FOT of 40 thousand × 50 rates × 6 months = 12 million rubles.
