2021: Automation of the marking process

On June 28, 2021, it became known that the Russian representative office of the German company Fresenius Medical Care (Fresenius SP), together with specialists from the international IT integrator assino, completed a project to automate the full process of labeling drugs in the corporate accounting system in order to comply with legislative requirements from 2020 and optimize distribution processes.

During the automation project of the marking system, the configuration "1C: Pharmacy Network Management" was finalized and configured and the following tasks were solved:

• Missing import operations have been developed within the MDLP model library;
• You have set up integration with the IS of the leased warehouse and the manufacturer in Germany (SAP) to exchange information on the products to be labeled;
• CPS shall receive, store, dispose of and transmit to IE the Fair Product Code Mark, including control mechanisms for their operations;
• Exchange of data on customs and trade tracking operations with three different 3PL systems is organized.

The result of the project was the development and implementation of data exchange mechanisms within the entire cycle of LP marking codes between the systems of the parent company Fresenius Medical Care, the representative office in Russia and the regulator.

Thanks to the specialists of the assino Group, the main business goal of our company was achieved - ensuring the uninterrupted supply of products to medical institutions by building an IT infrastructure in full compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation on drug labeling, "commented Alexei Myagkov, General Director of Fresenius Medical Care in Russia[1].
