2023: Transition to HRlink EDC
The manufacturer of bags and accessories Furla translated personnel document flow into electronic format. For this, we chose the service. With the HRlink transfer of personnel documentation to the online format, Furla was able to ensure control over its timely and correct signing, which is of great importance for companies with a distributed network. This was HRlink announced on December 27, 2023.
The Furla brand specializes in the production of fashion accessories. The company's staff in Russia as of December 2023 includes 170 people, most of whom are employees of the retail chain. The company has branded stores in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Sochi, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar. In total, the chain in Russia has 20 boutiques.
Personnel administration is localized in Moscow, and the exchange of documents with employees throughout the country before the transition to personnel EDO was carried out in paper format. Store managers received employee documents to the boutique's email address, printed official papers, and then gave them for signature. Ready-made documents were sent to Moscow by courier.
This approach to personnel document management led to a number of difficulties. If the employee made mistakes when signing the document, it could take a lot of time to correct them, since the company's HR found out about this only upon receipt in Moscow. Delays potentially led to financial risks. The pandemic and the transition of business to a remote mode of operation approved the company in the decision to transfer personnel document management to a fully electronic format.
At the end of 2021, the company began to study the market for personnel EDO services. Important requirements for the service were a high level of protection of employees' personal data, the availability of a remote registration option for work, as well as an intuitive interface that will not cause many questions for users. As a result, Furla opted for the HRlink platform - the brand highly appreciated the professionalism of the company's managers, and also received positive product recommendations from colleagues from the retail segment.
The introduction of paperless document management in HR took about six months from the beginning of negotiations to the connection of almost all company employees to the personnel EDO platform.
With the transition to KEDO, we can be sure that important documents will not be lost and will be drawn up on time. Now the HR specialist can follow the entire process of signing orders and applications, as well as quickly correct errors if necessary. Separately, I would like to note that HRlink managers were ready to answer any questions and demonstrated relevant knowledge of labor legislation. Before the start of the project, we were provided with all the necessary methodological information with references to the laws. We highly appreciate the quality of the HRlink team, - comments Maria Podymova, Furla HR Director. |
The presence of personnel EDO is gradually becoming an indicator that the company values its team and reputation in the market. Such services allow you to eliminate any risks associated with non-signing of documents or errors in them, as well as significantly simplify and speed up the process of their registration. And with the help of the Start Link remote hiring module, hiring new employees goes to a whole new level. The company can form a positive image in the eyes of not only employees, but also applicants, - added Dmitry Makhlin, partner and director of HRlink development. |
