Tasks

In addition to conducting classical office-work the organization, in connection with specifics of its activity, was faced by a task to keep calls accounting of citizens and also to manage processes and to control execution of instructions. A first-priority task was providing uniform storage of documents with the corresponding security policies of access. PMUP GKTKH had needs for reduction of time of approval of documents, reduction of time for preparation of reports and transfer to their controllers.

Choice of a system and contractor

When choosing an electronic document management system the company management was guided by the fact that the software solution "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" is the automation system of business processes, with functionality for further development and adaptation under needs of the company.

Having estimated all features of the software solution of PMUP GKTKH made the decision on transition to the universal product "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP". The partner organization selected Indeks uspekha LLC.

Work progress

"The index of success" carried out the following methodical works: made the plan of document flow; developed security policy. For work on this project the technology of implementation which assumed separation of the implemented functionality into fragments and consecutive implementation of each of them was defined.

Results

On a response of the customer, as a result of use of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product the single database of storage and accounting of documents was formed, time for approval of documents was reduced. Work of users was disciplined and systematized.

    • Maintaining nomenclature of affairs

    • Work with citizens' appeals
    • Accounting of agreements
    • Accounting and control of execution of instructions
    • Accounting and document storage
    • Time recording

  • Customer relationship management (CRM)

A system is put into commercial operation. Number of the automated jobs — 5.
