2020: System implementation Pit on the Ugakhan field

PJSC Vysochayshy (GV GOLD) unrolled on the Ugakhan field in the Irkutsk region the digital Pit system for intellectual management of mining operations. It became known on July 30, 2020. The number of the extracted mountain weight increased by 286 thousand tons per year that is 11% higher in comparison with indicators of 2019.

The Pit system developed by VIST company (enters into Tsifra Group), collects information on operation of all career machines and operators with a binding at the right time and to the place of execution of works online.

The automated system of monitoring allowed us to optimize routes of the mountain equipment, to reduce its idle times and to increase performance of dump trucks by 27%, - the deputy CEO of GV GOLD company Nartov Mikhail Valeryevich noted.

One of important parts of a system is the module of quality control of roads. The thermal card of motion speed of the equipment allowed to obtain information on road sections where speed decreases.

The industry of gold mining can become the main driver for digitalization as was steadier against the economic downturn caused by a coronavirus pandemic. Using digital solutions it is possible to increase efficiency of gold mining by several percent without production upgrade at once, - the CEO of VIST (Tsifra Group) Pavel Rastopshin commented.
