Gagarin-Engineering implemented electronic archive Etla

On April 17, 2017 the Atlas Soft company announced implementation of electronic archive Etla in Gagarin-Engineering company.

Project Goals and Objectives

In connection with specifics of the activity the company daily processes a large number of both the internal documents, and documents of customers, suppliers and partners. In communication it made the decision on implementation at the enterprise of electronic archive, for the purpose of receiving quick access to documents from the different enterprises of holding and the maximum leaving from paper documents. After studying of offers in the market of electronic archives, specialists of Gagarin-Engineering made a choice for benefit of the system of electronic archive Etla as the most balanced solution conforming to all delivered requirements:

Project Results

In addition to automation of work with internal documents the customer created secure storage location of all documentation which collected for many years of work.

As a result of implementation of this project by specialists of Gagarin-Engineering company the organizational and administrative archive which includes storage was created and put into operation: the entering, outgoing and internal documents of the organization, (agreements, letters, orders, orders, etc.).

Implementation of electronic archive Etla allowed the staff of different divisions to facilitate significantly work with all documentation, having increased, thus, reliability and company performance in general
