Gamma Kosmetik (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

The Credo Consulting company completed the project of automation of the Russian producer of decorative cosmetics, Gamma Kosmetik company. The implemented solution "Company Management with Prescription Production" developed by Credo Consulting company on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform allowed to optimize processes of acceptance of management decisions, to reduce terms of accomplishment of orders and to reduce product cost.

The project of automation Gamma of Kosmetik was begun in May, 2006. In the company prescription production, purchase management and sales, management of goods and stocks, management accounting were automated. Among key advantages of automation in Gamma of Kosmetik note data integration of all divisions in one system as earlier in the company separate accounting systems were used. Automation allowed to increase effective management of the company and provided to the management a possibility of the analysis monetary and goods flows by different parameters and also control of cost value of the made products.

As a result of implementation the company had an opportunity of creation of the process charts integrating in themselves information on the consumed components and on the sequence of technology transactions. The solution allows to separate production processes of mass of products and its packing and also in real time to estimate availability of raw materials taking into account possible replacements and its automatic selection.
