On March 6, 2014 reported 1C-Rarus: in a project deliverable of implementation the system of effective control of a registration and accomplishment of orders in Garantenergo company on the platform software "1C: Trade Management 8" is created.
Project Tasks
Garantenergo performs complex long-term projects on power supply of different objects, the company needs to control continuously conditions, terms and parts of accomplishment of orders. For streamlining of work with customers the company made the decision to carry out automation. After the analysis of different products in the IT market selected the 1C: Trade Management 8 program. As the partner the 1C-Rarus company took part in the project.
Project Progress
Specialists 1C-Rarus configured automatic data exchange with the program of financial accounting that saved accountants from need to unload information manually.
Project Results
A new system helps to analyze and plan execution of projects, providing company management. By means of the interactive analysis of a situation, detailed interpretations of the interesting indicators, the company management quickly reacts to market changes.
Useful the CRM subsystem giving the chance to trace all stages of customer interaction became the tool. The management had an opportunity to build the most productive scheme of communication with customers, since the first contact. Existence in base of the complete information about work with the client allows to combine harmoniously formalized approach and the individual attitude towards each customer.
