The workflow system of Gazdevice company is automated by solution 1C

The Microtest company completed the project on creation of an electronic document management system on the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP platform for Gazdevice Ltd, the company reported on December 25, 2012.

At the Beginning

Document flow Gazdevice was conducted in paper form. The enterprise was interested in acceleration of document flow due to the translation of documents in an electronic form, automation of procedures of their processing and providing upper managers with mobile access to documents. The task was a little simplified by existence at Gazdevice of specialized techniques of work with different types of documents in which development heads of legal department and office were engaged. Within this activity features of the solution "1C Document flow 8" were in detail studied. When there was a confidence that possibilities of this product fully meet requirements of the company, it was selected from quality of the platform for creation of a corporate system of document flow.

According to the results of the competition by the partner in creation of the workflow system held by the customer the Microtest company was selected.

Project

Within the project specialists of system integrator made setup of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP system according to regulations of document flow of the customer, developed the user instructions, provided training of the management, non-management employees and system administrators.

Key document types are determined by the main sections of document flow, processes of their processing are configured, the maintenance of electronic and registration cards is defined. For memos, outgoing letters and sample agreements rules of automatic filling on the basis of data of an electronic card of the document are configured.

At the Gazdevice enterprise about 100 licenses of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP system are set.

Business processes are automated:

• Approval, consideration, execution of memos;
• Approval and agreement signature;
• Registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence.
