The platform allows employees of a large distributed structure to quickly find information about the functional and managerial aspects of project and operational work, as well as present their materials and developments, share knowledge with colleagues. The platform is based on a microservice architecture, which provides flexibility in developing and updating functionality, and also fits well into the quality and security standards of large companies.

The My Function platform has been developing dynamically at Gazprom Neft since 2021 with the active participation of the Reksoft development team and is constantly increasing its functionality. As of March 2024, My Function is being proactively replicated in the structures of Gazprom Neft's subsidiaries, the solution is available for working with a group of digitalized business processes.

2023: Development of Knowledge Dissemination Platform Functionality

On September 7, 2023, Reksoft announced the expansion of the platform's functionality to disseminate the knowledge of the exploration and production unit of the Gazprom Neft group of companies. The platform runs on import-independent technologies.

My Function is an internal platform for the dissemination of knowledge and best practices of Gazprom Neft. It accumulates information on key production knowledge from employees and for employees of the group of companies. This is a web service with which employees can quickly receive information on the features of functional and management decisions within the framework of project, operational and expert activities, offer their own materials and share knowledge with colleagues. Within the framework of the system, an expert community is organized that guarantees the high quality and relevance of the materials placed in the knowledge base. All employees of Gazprom Neft have access to the service. The system supports materials of a completely different media nature: from familiar text articles and documents to videos. The estimated volume of the system is more than 4 TB.

Since the beginning of 2023, the combined project team has made a number of technological and functional changes to the My Function project. During this time, the project has been transferred to a full-fledged microservice architecture, which allows you to quickly implement new and refine existing functionality, maintain high standards of quality and safety of the customer's general corporate system.

During this period, the following functionality is implemented in the system:

• A service for working with lessons learned from current work cases. It accumulates and organizes information on deviations from planned operations and corrective actions resulting from working with non-standard situations or to scale best practice to related departments. This block already contains more than 1,700 cases and is constantly expanding;
• notification system (email and instant notifications on the interface) by subscription for events affecting the professional interests of the employee;
• functionality of individual "bookmarks" based on materials;
• Integral rating of articles (assessment of the usefulness of materials), which subsequently affects the KPI of active employees. It helps to form a real picture of the areas of knowledge applied by employees;
• structuring of libraries and various information blocks on expertise;
• Advanced search and detailed filtering of required content items
• Improved mechanism for adding content to users
• service for working with regulatory documents.

In the active phase, the development of a new functional section "Technical Policy," which globally expands the audience of the portal and the composition of the company's departments interested in the project.

Since the beginning of the year, the platform's active monthly audience has grown by more than 1,700 employees.
