2024: Implementation of UWEDO by SL Soft

A multi-operator gateway based on the UZEDO solution for standardization and optimization of external legally significant electronic document management was put into operation in the corporate center of PJSC Gazprom Neft and replicated to the company's subsidiaries. As part of the digitalization program, the customer had the task of ensuring the process of exchanging contractual documents with external counterparties, excluding paper versions. Softline announced this on November 29, 2024.

To solve it, a system for exchanging electronic documents was required, which would perform the function of integration between the information systems of PJSC Gazprom Neft and various EDO operators. It was chosen as a multi-operator gateway based on the UZEDO-solution of the Citros product line.

The customer has implemented a circulation version of the system, all design changes are made to the product itself. At the same time, the gateway develops in accordance with the roadmap of the implemented solution, and all legislative innovations and vendor-extensible functionality become available to the customer.

The implementation and subsequent adaptation of the multi-operator gateway on the project made it possible to create an import-independent technological solution that ensures the exchange of contractual documents with counterparties in accordance with the corporate requirements of Gazprom Neft Group of Companies and with the functionality required by the customer.

Within the framework of the project, the processes of routing contractual documents from the customer's systems to counterparties through the relevant EDM operators and receiving the signed documents back were provided. A seamless integration scenario for processing outgoing documents was also implemented: users can sign them in the usual interface of the electronic document management system and view the current status of documents in it. At the same time, in the UWEDO solution, it is possible to exchange documents directly from its interface.

The implementation of an external legally relevant document management system improves the efficiency of business processes. The system speeds up the processing of documents and reduces costs by unifying the exchange of documents through a single window. The loss of documents during the transfer to counterparties is also excluded.
