LANIT specialists introduced a web-based solution for electronic document management and migrated historical data to DBMS PostgreSQL. This system allowed to simplify the procedure of connection of new users, due to the lack of a client part of the application - is used brauzergoogle by Chrome.

The transfer to the updated version made it possible to solve a whole range of problems. During the project, many were optimized, business processes which made it possible to speed up the work on documents. An important result was a significant increase in the effectiveness of interaction with the SED employees "Gazprom production." Astrakhan Thanks to the use of a web client, each specialist can connect to the system from different AWS by going through domain authorization the regional data transmission network of Gazprom Dobra Astrakhan LLC. The updated functionality of the document display and handling mode has increased the speed of correspondence processing. The system interface has become more ergonomic and friendly - users will be able to configure it for themselves.

The system has been put into industrial operation. As of February 2022, more than 600 employee jobs are connected to it.

The transition to a new version of LanDocs allowed us to solve not only operational tasks for document management, but also made it possible to use a new platform for consolidating data, documents, and improving the efficiency of company management through the digital transformation of document-oriented processes, said Alexander Volosov, deputy head of the documentation support department of Gazprom Dobra Astrakhan.

Using the new version of LanDocs allows us to administer the system more easily and efficiently. And having switched to PostgreSQL, we solved the problem of import substitution of the used software, noted Dmitry Yusupov, head of the information management systems service of Gazprom Dobra Astrakhan LLC.

Our main investments are aimed at developing the ECM LanDocs web client, improving the UI\UX product and expanding the functionality for command management and decision making.
