Gazprombank has completed the transition to an automated workflow and document management system implemented on the basis of the TESSA platform of SYNTHELLECT. A little less than 30,000 jobs are connected to the system.This was announced by Sintellect on March 7, 2024.

Gazprombank successfully put into commercial operation the Automated workflow and Document Management System (ASDD 3.0), implemented on the basis of the TESSA platform. ASDD 3.0 based on the TESSA platform is a full-fledged BPM system that ensures the execution of complex processes with different variations in the scenarios of coordination, regulatory control, signing, familiarization, execution and storage of documents.

All work on putting ASDD 3.0 into operation was completed in less than a year. The system was developed to replace the previous one, the vendor of which left the Russian market, and the timing was of critical importance. Within the framework of the project, 11 functional modules were developed, integration with third-party automated systems that use ASDD documents in their work was carried out, and reference information was migrated from the previous version of the system. At the same time, preparatory work was carried out on the further development of the system and the development of new functionality. The consulting partner was AIGES LLC, which has expertise and experience in the implementation of similar projects.

System users note the simplicity and flexibility of settings, the convenience of viewing attachments in document card views and working with document tasks, as well as a pleasant interactive interface of the new system and its performance.
