NPF Geobur updates an accounting system

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project on a software update in Geobur Scientific and production firm, executed upgrade of the "1C:Enterprise 8 Accounting for Kazakhstan" program from the basic version on PROF version, the press service of integrator reported on July 12, 2013.

Previously

For accounting at the enterprise used the basic version of the "1C:Enterprise 8 Accounting for Kazakhstan" program. Transition to the expanded version is dictated by desire to improve processes of preparation of the reporting, to expand opportunities for automatic formation of documents.

As the contractor in the project 1C specialists acted : The first BIT. They performed upgrade from the previous version of the program, systems performed tuning, gave consulting support. All users were trained.

New opportunities:

• keep account on several organizations in uniform information base;
• keep account in separate divisions;
• change settings of the application solution according to individual needs of the user;
• work in a system at once to several users;
• work with geographically distributed information bases;
• perform support of COM connection and the Automation-server.

In general work of accounting service is optimized, also labor costs decreased temporary. Process of exchange of credentials between divisions of the enterprise is improved.
