2020: Implementation of AutoCAD Plant 3D
On September 23, 2020 it became known that the Softline company together with GIPROBIOSINTEZ LLC participated in the organization of design of plants for production of microbic protein from natural gas.
As it was explained, the received biomass is applied as the feed additive used in a diet of an aquaculture and farm animals and also as raw materials for the subsequent deep processing for the purpose of receiving food ingredients. Attempts to adjust large-capacity product output were made in the 80-90th years of the 20th century by scientists from the USSR, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Great Britain. But the ideas and developments were not implemented up to the end. In 2020 specialists of GIPROBIOSINTEZ LLC prepare the project documentation for construction near Volgograd of the plant of receiving microbic protein. For work they needed the universal software as which the software package of end-to-end design AutoCAD Plant 3D was selected, provided by Softline company. In addition to delivery of a product, experts of Softline acted as consultants for a broad spectrum of the technical issues connected with use of AutoCAD Plant 3D. Thanks to this GIPROBIOSINTEZ LLC in a short time developed the project documentation which already passed state examination.
The microbic biomass received from natural gas – a product which will allow to provide independence of the Russian agrarian and industrial complex of import proteinaceous ingredients and also to win the market of protein additives. The production technology of such protein was actively developed in the USSR from the middle of the 1960th years, but closely domestic scientists could approach its serial release only in the late eighties last century. In parallel similar researches were conducted in Germany, Denmark, Norway, Great Britain. After series of unsuccessful attempts all works in the West were suspended. Because of the crisis which struck economy in the 1990s it was not succeeded to bring into operation already created industrial complex and in Russia.
The GIPROBIOSINTEZ company managed to save technology. In vitro her specialists continue to study not only properties of microbic protein, but also methods of its receiving commercially.
