Goals and Objectives

The organization of competent storage and quick access to all documents of the company was the main objective of system implementation of electronic archive set as company management.

The editor of cards of documents gives an opportunity to configure different types of cards for any document types. The module supports adding of new attributes of documents, concealment of the existing attributes, change of their order and arrangement on tabs.

The subsystem of automatic numbering of documents allows to configure rules of automatic assignment of number to the document at its registration in a system depending on its type.

In turn, the subsystem of automatic naming of documents allows at registration of the document in a system automatically, depending on document attributes, to create its name. This mechanism simplifies process of input of new documents in a system.

At last, the subsystem of automatic placement of documents allows to automate completely process of placement of the documents registered in a system depending on their attributes, noted in Atlas Soft.

In general thanks to the Etla system of Global Technology organized a common information space that allowed the staff of the company to get an information access which is related to accomplishment of the job responsibilities by them from any workplace.
