2020: Implementation of Galileosky terminals

Galileosky terminals eradicated unauthorized unloading of grain from bunkers of combines in the Saratov region. It became known on November 9, 2020. Thanks to it the client does not miss profit, sees itemized statements and can define more precisely productivity and quality of cleaning of fields.

The Galaktika of GLONASS company integrator equipped with Galileosky terminals more than twenty combines of large Zolotoy Vek Ltd. This agricultural enterprise – one of prime vendors of grain in the Saratov region. The company has a big park of combines and other equipment: John Deere, CLAAS, Rostselmash and Polesia.

Use of Galileosky terminals helped to construct the system of shipment of grain of combines. Now process looks so: after a light signal the truck approaches. His driver approaches the combine on which the RFID reader is installed. If the driver is verified, the electromagnetic relay becomes isolated, starting the hydraulic motor and grain is loaded in a body. Without card to begin unloading from the bunker it will not turn out, the operator will not be able just to start the screw. In addition to blocking of unloading in the absence of the entrusted RFID card, in a system date, the place and time of unloading are fixed and also the consignee registers.

In the territory where the equipment not always works there is GSM communication, but it does not play a role as all logic occurs in the terminal and to instantly transfer data to the server there is no need, and data can be stored in an internal memory of the device. We selected Galileosky terminals thanks to an opportunity to configure an operation algorithm of exit channels of the terminal even in the absence of contact with the server and preserving of a large number of keys in memory of the terminal. On other equipment something was always missing, and there is all necessary for the project. Moreover, we prepared a backlog on the future, on a case if the client wants to expand functionality of the current project.
