Network functioning demands from employees of ability to quickly make decisions and to react adequately to constantly changing market conditions. Especially it is fair in the conditions of unstable market situation which consequence reduction of current assets is that stimulates retail more deliberately to treat trade inventories. In a situation when trade inventories are minimized and over them there is no due control from service of merchandising, the current sales can be reduced many times. And in the long term it is possible to lose and a part of consumers who, without having found goods on the shelf or having got confused in the calculation, will purchase a similar position from the competitor.
