BARS GROUP optimized the system of inventory of IT infrastructure of the Lipetsk region

BARS GROUP, subsidiary company of "the National Center of Informatization" (enters into Rostec Group), in December, 2017 announced upgrade of the solution of planning and accounting of information systems and components of information and telecommunication infrastructure of the Government of the Lipetsk region. The Administration of the Government of the Lipetsk region acts as the customer of a system.

This system is implemented on the basis of the software product "by BARS. Inventory", at the heart of which — collecting and data analysis about the level of informatization of authorities of the region. The solution is responsible for accounting and planning of systems and is information telecommunication infrastructure, namely — information systems, services and elements of a software and hardware complex: software, communication channels, servers, network equipment, monitors, platforms, etc. In the Lipetsk region the solution is implemented and actively develops since 2013.

Within upgrade of a system separate functionality was optimized. So, there was a register Information resource intended for placement of data on information resources which are conducted in executive authorities of the Lipetsk region. The register allows to store the information about structure of data, openness of information and methods of maintaining an information resource. Besides, the interrelation with the register of information systems is performed.

Upgrade affected forms of submission of data and a role model that reduces operating time of users in a system.

The module "Plan of Informatization" where authorities create plans of informatization for development of information systems and information telecommunication infrastructure of the region is also optimized. Completion of the module gives the chance to clone the plan for a previous period. Now users make only necessary changes for formation of the current plan of informatization that reduces labor costs by filling.

Among results there are system operations as of December 25, 2017:

• in a system 184 information systems and 7156 components of information telecommunication infrastructure are considered;
• 4664 documents are loaded and 65 plans of informatization of authorities of area for 2016 and 2017 are created.
