The system of inventory of IT infrastructure of the Lipetsk region is upgraded

BARS GROUP – Rostec Group NCI subsidiary company – in cooperation with management of informatization of the Government of the Lipetsk region started in the fall of 2016 upgrade of a regional information system of planning and accounting of information systems and components of information and telecommunication infrastructure.

As Evgeny Kunilovsky – the project manager reported, the specialist of business center "Asset management" of BARS GROUP company, as a result of development of a system in its users – staff of bodies of executive power and structures of the Government of the Lipetsk region, will appear a number of additional opportunities.

So, integration of IT solution with the official site of the unified information system in the field of purchases of zakupki.gov.ru will allow to minimize labor costs of users regarding placement of data on the purchases and contracts which are carried out and prisoners within implementation of informatization. Besides, extent of control will raise (owing to the fact that data on implementation of the plans of informatization implemented by executive authorities and structures of the Government of the Lipetsk region will become more transparent and operational).

Upgrade of the module of document storage will allow to carry out typification of documents of a system in the directions: "Purchases", "Plans of informatization", "Accounting of services", "Accounting of information systems and components of information and communication infrastructure". Thus, will begin to find the necessary document in uniform storage of a system even more simply and quicker: will be to set the necessary parameters of filtering enough.

In the long term, as expected, users will have a possibility of interaction with a federal state information system of coordination of informatization (KI FSIS) within execution of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 7/6/2015 No. 675. Automatic data transmission on federal level will exclude need of double entry of data.

Let's remind, the information system of planning and accounting of information systems and components of information and telecommunication infrastructure of the Lipetsk region is developed by BARS GROUP company on the basis of own software product "BARS.
