2019: Upgrade of a lighting system of Tobolsk

On December 24, 2019 the Schwabe company and Siberia-Urals Grid Company reported that they intend to create an intelligent system of outside lighting in Tobolsk. The relevant document is signed with the assistance of city administration.

As it was reported, the head of Tobolsk Maxim Afanasyev, the deputy CEO of Schwabe for development of the systems of sales, marketing and service support of civil products Ivan Ozhgikhin and the director of Siberia-Urals Grid Company (SUENCO) Danil Anuchin participated in a ceremony of signing. The agreement on strategic partnership in the field of development of modern technologies in the territory of Tobolsk is signed in the presence of the governor of the Tyumen region Aleksandr Moor.

Problems of strategic partnership is formation of the advanced practice of creation and upgrade of intelligent systems of outside illumination of the next generation within a pilot project Light Tobolsk and possibilities of further replication of these solutions in municipalities of the Tyumen region.

Electrical energy conservation and also increase in the index of quality of the urban environment, environmental safety, comfort of accommodation and other purposes will become key priorities in work.

Project implementation can become the first step and a basis for complex digitalization of all urban environment. In the city are going to replace street lighting and architectural illumination. Further development of a transport intelligent system (ITS) and weight control on regional roads is supposed.

Within the project we suggest to upgrade over 11 thousand objects of a system of outside lighting. This amount of works assumes creation of architectural illumination of the Tobolsk Kremlin and several buildings in the central part of the city. Besides, are prepared for implementation of the offer on development of the existing systems in increase in security, development of ITS and fixing of offenses. As a result the project will allow to reduce costs of the city budget for system maintenance of lighting and among other to reduce accident rate at road accident by 30–40%. This strategic partnership is performed in development of earlier signed agreement between the government of the Tyumen region and State Corporation Rostec. Interaction of the parties is directed to implementation of joint projects in the field of digitalization of regional structure, implementation of energy-saving technologies and creation of hi-tech industrial output.

Along with upgrade of the existing city lighting system increase in competences and efficiency of research and development when developing the Russian technologies of creation of such systems can become one of results of cooperation.

In Tobolsk Ivan Ozhgikhin provided experiment of Holding on implementation of lighting solutions for improvement of a lighting system. Energy saving Schwabe lighting engineering functions in a number of the Russian cities, including in Nizhny Tagil according to the Light City program of the ecosystem project "Smart City". This project assumes creation of the modern svetoplanirovochny structure of the city including not only street illumination, but also architectural illumination of sign city objects. At its implementation the illumination level of streets is surely given to the set requirements and regulations.

During the visit Ivan Ozhgikhin also gave by one of schools of Tobolsk an automatic outside defibrillator with the voice assistant to AND of A15 of production of UOMZ. The action took place in presence of the governor of the Tyumen region Aleksandr Moor, the mayor Maxim Afanasyev and the director of the company of SUENCO Danila Anuchina.
