2020: Saving 90 million rubles in a year

Greenatom announced on December 18, 2020 that it saved more than 90 million rubles for 2020 thanks to program robots of own development.

Robotic process automation allowed to release time, 130 people equivalent to permanent working loading, for accomplishment employees of non-standard or difficult intellectual tasks, having left routine transactions to digital assistants.

For December, 2020 based on competence center of program robotization of Greenatom more than 200 robots are developed. The technology is implemented in 20 corporate systems. In nuclear sector program robots For example, in the Center software maintenance to accounting and tax accounting of Rosatom robots is present in 62% of accounting processes.

At robotization there is a software implementation which imitates interaction of the person with information systems. Such approach allows to cut down operating expenses, to increase work speed, to avoid errors and, the main thing, will make it in a short time.

The economy indicator for 2020 is directly connected with profitability of everyone virtual assistant. For example, program robot "Control of correctness charges on accounts" pays off in only one month, at the same time executes 90% works on process. Robots work 24/7, also to advantages of RPA it is possible refer quick start, low implementation cost, possibilities of flexible scalings and processings of large volumes of information.

Greenatom is engaged in processes of robotization since 2017, the main directions: accounting and tax accounting, personnel management, IT, document flow and finance. Working with different platforms of robotization, IT integrator of Rosatom developed the competences in nuclear sector and already offers the services for it limits. The first robots are already developed for "external" customers and will be are brought into operation at the beginning of 2021.
