GroozGo for exchange of electronic way bills uses the solution Synerdocs

On October 2, 2018 the Directum company announced that the online service of GroozGo estimated the solution Synerdocs for exchange of electronic way bills (ETRN) in practice.

GroozGo is the Russian online service of automobile cargo transportation. For October, 2018 in GroozGo about 3000 carriers and 1000 companies cargo owners are registered. Monthly in service more than 1000 requests are processed.

Test run using the way bill in electronic form in Russia took place on April 12, 2018. This day under control of the Synerdocs command the Russian companies GroozGo and "Uncle Vanya" for the first time exchanged ETRN. Both companies were interested in automation and acceleration business processes. For testing of the solution KrasnodarMoscow the run "-" was selected. The GroozGo company delivered a freight from a finished goods warehouse to logistic the Uncle Vanya center, the truck was en route 2 days.

The first exchange of ETRN was preceded by numerous preparatory work. Specialists of Synerdocs provided training for the staff of the companies: drivers, warehouse workers, managers of an online service. For all participants of document flow instructions in which work with electronic way bills and the simple electronic signature (SES) is step by step described are prepared. At the time of testing of the solution all participants were ready to work with electronic documents.

As noted in Directum company, test run using ETRN took place in GroozGo successfully. Participants estimated main advantages of the solution:

• preparation and signing of way bills in electronic form takes several minutes;
• documents are delivered for read seconds and are not lost in way any more;
• date of receipt of payment for the performed flight accelerates for 10-15 days.

The next step of digitalization of business in GroozGo – transfer to ETRN of other cargo owners and use of the simple electronic signature for exchange of other documents: requests for transportations, powers of attorney, etc.
