JSC MTT, the operator of multiservices of communication, IP services, telecommunication and services of transit of traffic connects contact center of one of the largest services of cargo transportation in Russia, Gruzovichkof company to toll-free numbers 8-800 and outgoing telephone communication.

MTT and Gruzovichkof signed service provision agreement 8-800 and outgoing communication for service of client support and internal communications in July, 2017.

The service 8-800 from MTT includes routing of calls depending on a day of the week, time of day, availability of employees, intensity of calls and other factors. Besides, using such number it is possible to integrate all branches of the company in a single telephone network and also to organize a multichannel hot line for support services and to receive all arriving calls.
