2025: Transition to VK HR Tek
Gulliver Group of Companies has connected 96% of employees of two retail chains and service organizations to the VK HR Tek personnel electronic document management cloud system. They took a year to the project, but coped in just five months. As a result, they accelerated processes and optimized the cost of sending business papers. This was reported to VK Tech (VK Technology) on May 19, 2025.
Gulliver chose the KEDO system from several vendors, VK HR Tek won: it arranged the functionality, cost and proposed migration dates. The agreement was concluded in July 2024, then preparations were underway for the transition, within the framework of which training was conducted for employees and talked about the advantages of the new system.
In October 2024, 200 employees of the general service center were transferred to KEDO, and then one day - 2000 employees of the Gulliver network. In December 2024, the staff of several stores of the Pobeda chain were connected, they did not transfer the entire federal network at once, so as not to slow down work during the New Year's sales season. At the end of January 2025, the remaining network employees were connected per day. In February, logistics, IT management and a transport company were transferred.
The group includes the Gulliver and Pobeda retail chains. In the regional network "Gulliver" - 100 stores and 2000 employees. The federal Pobeda chain has more than 700 stores and 8,000 employees. In addition, there is a common service center, logistics center and several distribution centers. The total number of personnel is 12,000.
| All the main personnel processes were transferred to paperless mode at once, and in May 2025 we add new ones: for example, registration of benefits and benefits for the birth of a child. Most employees use a mobile application to work with the system. And the owners of push-button phones - mainly cleaners and loaders from the regions - are a personal account from the stationary computer of the store director.
