In December, 2015 the HENDZ holding company held successful implementation of the new system of dispatching service based on HP Service Manager.
In the conditions of growth of a branch network and number of the serviced devices a new industrial information system - the system of dispatching service – allows to automate in a complex ITSM processes in the company, increasing efficiency of functioning of all customer service and to provide preserving of the high level of quality of service maintenance.
During implementation of HP of Service Manager it was integrated with the mail system, the system of sending SMS messages, the existing mobile application of users, a logistics system based on 1C.
The centralized, automated system of dispatching service HENDZ, performs acceptance and processing of the user requests 24 hours a day in all time zones of the Russian Federation.
