At the beginning of 2011 the Komplit company completed implementation of an automated system of Incident Management based on HP Service Manager. Tasks which faced the staff of Komplit and customer representatives can be broken into two types: to the first problems of creation of the service model based on the provisions ITIL, concerned the second — directly process automation, allowing to lower significantly labor costs on processing of addresses of users to technical support service, the solution of emergency situations and control over figures of merit of services and process. During the project considerable attention was paid to reconciliation of a role model and processes of escalation.
Use of HP of Service Manager allowed the staff of IT service of Ergo Russia insurance company to accelerate processing of the requests arriving from users and to considerably increase the level of providing IT services.
As it was mentioned above, implementation of a new hardware-software complex was performed within the project on implementation of a corporate ERP system on the basis of SAP. Projects on implementation of ERP systems – some of the most difficult as they mention practically all business processes of the company. For implementation of this project in Ergo Russia insurance company the selected project office into which representatives both IT, and business divisions entered was created. Jointly with specialists of Komplit company the project managed to be implemented in the planned terms.
Yury Kupriyanov, the senior sales manager of Komplit company, summarizes: "Our companies plan further cooperation. A number of new large projects which can be implemented within the next year is now discussed".
