The HRS company continues cooperation about "Outsourcing 24" within the agreement on service of network equipment.

Solution

"Outsourcing 24" ensures HRS continuous and reliable functioning of routers and access servers in network in the round-the-clock mode. Within the Outsourcing 24 project carries out localization and diagnostics of faults, replacement and repair of all nodes and blocks which are a part of network solutions and renders services in administration and consultation of users.

Under the terms of the contract "Outsourcing 24" guarantees HRS 24/7 reliable technical support with a possibility of replacement of the faulty equipment with method "replacements forward" when for replacement or repair of the failed equipment its functional analogs are established.

The response time on a request at emergence of a problem does not exceed one hour at any time, and time of replacement of the faulty equipment – of 4 o'clock for the most critical devices till 24 o'clock for noncritical.
