2021: Establishing an Enterprise Management System

On June 29, 2021, LANIT announced that Consist Business Group helped Hard Rock Cafe St. Petersburg in a short time to create a unified management system for the catering enterprise. The solution allows you to keep all types of accounting, prepare the necessary reports and adapt to changes in laws. The project was completed on the 1C platform.

A few months before the opening of Hard Rock Cafe in St. Petersburg, the restaurant management decided to create an integrated system in which you can keep accounting, tax and personnel records, calculate wages, and prepare regulated and managerial reports.

Consist Business Group specialists have created a unified system for solving the management tasks of the restaurant based on software products, 1C: CORP Accounting IFRS 1C: Salary and Human Resources TRAC and: 1C Catering. The implemented system has automatic exchange rules, data eliminates duplication, information provides the possibility of controlling information for the construction of reports under RAS and IFRS.

During the project, data exchange between 1C systems was set up, integration with the MICROS restaurant management POS system was implemented in terms of loading data on dishes and sold goods, as well as with the EGAIS system, mechanisms were created for translating RAS transactions into IFRS accounts, management reports were developed.

As a result, Hard Rock Cafe St. Petersburg has a system that ensures not only accounting, but also transparency of all business processes, allows you to quickly obtain the data necessary for effective management, and allows you to meet the high standards of the global restaurant chain.

The Consist Business Group team, thanks to its competencies in the field of HoReCa, implemented a comprehensive company system in just two months, which allowed us to open on time - by the start of the World Cup.
