The 1C-Rarus company automated Harmony of Purity retail network. The project is implemented on the platform of the product "1C: Retail 8".
In tasks
The management of retail network set the purpose - to increase the number of clients, to increase loyalty of buyers. Achievement of it is possible it was represented on condition of gain of control of work of points of retail, quality improvement and efficiency of service. With respect thereto the decision on the beginning of use of automated systems of conducting operational accounting was made.
For achievement of the tasks set during the project the decision on implementation was made:
- 1C: Retail 8 - in shops of Harmony of Purity household chemicals.
Solution
During the project the main business processes of retail network are automated:
- Sales management
- Management of warehouse stocks
- Purchase management and range
- Settlement with buyers and suppliers
- Pricing
- Monitoring and analysis of a trading activity of network
- Analytical reporting.
Result
The information system allowed to strengthen control over work of shops, to optimize a goods turnover, to reduce overstocking of warehouses by 20%. Twice the number of buyers increased. The management of retail chain stores estimated new instruments of the centralized control and the operational analysis of business.
Are implemented by implementation of an information system:
- Increase in speed of goods issue to buyers, service rate is increased twice
- Optimization of trade inventories in a warehouse. Overstocking of a warehouse is reduced by 20%
- Decrease in regrading of goods - about 10% are reduced. Due to formation of the qualitative and wide range, fall forward of customer service by 2.5 times the number of sales is increased
- Performance improvement of work of personnel due to reduction of routine transactions
- Optimization of work with suppliers - delivery time of goods in shops is reduced, control of timeliness and completeness of the goods delivery from the supplier in shops is provided.
- The ensuring control over the prices of suppliers excluding unreasonable increase in prices for goods and introduction of additional margins
- Pricing process optimization (the prices are established on a centralized basis)
- Timeliness and efficiency of the order of products, on existence of goods in warehouses, due to increase in an information exchange rate between shops and the central office.
