Specialists of Innoware completed the project on system implementation of enterprise management of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 in headtechnology Group company. Automation of consolidation of data and creation of the management reporting, including purchase management, sales and the relations with business partners were key project tasks.

The headtechnology Group company is specialized distributor of solutions in information security field, has 10 offices which more than one thousand resellers in 35 countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia ensure functioning. The distributed structure of the company delivered before project participants on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV the difficult task connected with centralization of management of regional offices, consolidation of the management reporting and optimization of operating activities of the company (in particular simplification of the procedure of drawing of accounts and settlement with partners). The specifics of operating activities of headtechnology Group assume active use of management tools purchases, sales, vendor relations and partners, planning and budgeting. Thanks to project implementation in headtechnology Group refused labor-consuming accounting by the Excel tools for benefit of the consolidated system of managerial accounting which allows to generate on the basis of the consolidated data necessary reports in real time. Specialists of Innoware helped to adapt possibilities of Microsoft Dynamics NAV for features of business processes of headtechnology, in particular work with currency rates, the module necessary for reflection of settlement in the different countries was implemented, special instant reports were also developed for managers and analysts.

It should be noted that the project took place within the planned budget in the amount of 35,000 euros, and works on design and implementation managed to be completed in three and a half months. Both of these indicators testify to professionalism of the command working on the project as according to data of a research of Panorama Consulting company more than 60% of projects on implementation of ERP do not meet the planned budgets.
