2020: Delivery of the 29th ward X-ray devices
Medical institutions of the Leningrad Region received the 29th ward X-ray devices of production of NIPK "Electron". This equipment will help to diagnose diseases of nontransportable patients quickly. It became known on May 26, 2020.
According to the press service of the regional government, supply of equipment was carried out since May 6, the last mobile X-ray devices came to hospitals on May 26, 2020. The equipment was brought to Tosnensky, Vsevolozhsk, Gatchina, Tikhvin, Kingisepp, Priozersk, Boksitogorsk, Kirishi, Roshchino, Volkhov, Lomonosov hospitals and LOKB.
Portable X-ray devices are equipped with Wi-fi the flat panel detector and the built-in workstation of the operator quickly to transfer images irrespective of the venue of a research. Besides, the equipment will help to investigate slow-moving and nontransportable patients.
Also, ward X-ray devices came to five converted medical institutions of the region still on May 8, 2020. The equipment took to hospitals in Vsevolozhsk, Tikhvin, Tosno, Boksitogorsk and Kirishi. It is planned that after the termination of a pandemic the equipment will remain in hospitals for daily medical practice[1].
