On October 13, 2021, RuSat Infrastructure Solutions JSC announced the introduction of the updated control center of Teplovodokanal JSC, which ensures the operation of the water supply and sanitation system in Glazov, Udmurt Republic. Now the dispatcher can monitor in real time the operation of the equipment and network complex, repair teams, fulfillment of consumer requests, as well as take operational measures in case of any deviations in the operation of the equipment from regulatory indicators.

According to the company, the dispatch center is part of the Digital Vodokanal system, which is being introduced as part of a concession agreement signed in 2019 between Glazov, Udmurt Republic and Teplovodokanal. The use of digital technologies reduces the number of emergencies, network losses, optimizes the quality and reliability of water supply. Economic and technical effects are achieved, including through various software modules: "Balance Analysis," "Mode Analysis," "Requisitions," "Crawler-Supervisor," "Central Panel."

As of October 2021, the enterprise introduces artificial intelligence technologies, which allows you to determine possible technological violations and warn them, thus minimizing the disconnection of consumers.

The introduction of the Digital Water Channel system is part of a large range of work that Teplovodokanal conducts under the agreement. The document includes the construction and modernization of 45 water supply and sewerage facilities. 19 facilities have already been commissioned, including 5 pipelines with a total length of 28 km, 11 sewage pumping stations, 8 water pumping stations, the design of 5 treatment facilities has been completed, and other work has been completed. The total investment in the modernization of the Glazov water supply and sanitation system is about 1.2 billion rubles.

As of October 2021, as a result of modernization, the quality and reliability of the water supply system was optimized, and hundreds of large families received access to tap water. In particular, in the village of Southwest, water and sewerage for five streets have now appeared, these are 276 houses. In the Syga microdistrict, more than 50 families can already apply for connection to the water supply. Also, in accordance with the concession agreement, laboratory equipment was reconstructed. Water samples are taken more efficiently and quickly thanks to the use of two water disposal complexes and three for water supply.

With concessions, we have the opportunity to plan the development of the water supply system as a whole, choosing the most effective solutions. Of course, in such large-scale infrastructure projects, the work of three parties is important: the Federation, the Republic and an external investor. 2020: Grant over RUB 20 million to increase production activity

The Russian Fund for the Development of Information Technologies (RFRIT) co-finances the project of RuSat Infrastructure Solutions JSC (RIR, part of the Rosatom State Corporation) to create software modules of the Digital Water Utility information system for Teplovodokanal. The corresponding agreement between the parties was signed in Moscow, the amount of the grant is over 20 million rubles. This was reported by RIR (Rusatom Infrastructure Solutions) on January 22, 2021.

The project is aimed at improving the production activities of water supply and sanitation enterprises through the automation of individual business processes and the analysis of production and technological indicators. Economic and technical effects are achieved through the development and inclusion in the information system of five software modules: "Balance Analysis," "Mode Analysis," "Requisitions," "Crawler-Controller," "Central Panel."

The pilot project for the implementation of Digital Vodokanal modules will be implemented in Glazov (Republic of Udmurtia) at Teplovodokanal LLC, a subsidiary of RIR. This will significantly increase the efficiency and reliability of the urban water utility. In particular, network losses should decrease to 11%, electricity consumption - up to 20%, increasing the productivity of controllers - up to 60%. Also, due to the introduction of the "Requisitions" module, the efficiency of repair work at network facilities and the work of transport and equipment is increased.
