To automate operational, accounting and tax accounting, the organization of accounting according to international standards at a high technological level and in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation, the management of Heel Rus LLC decided to introduce an integrated system "1C: Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2. "

An important role in choosing an accounting system for the company's management was played by the software solution "1C: Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "is a system with great functionality for development, as well as the fact that the manufacturer supports the program.

1C-Rarus was chosen as the executor of the project.

During the project, 1C-Rarus specialists performed the following work on the implementation of the software product:

• Demonstration of the program capabilities;
• Delivery and installation of software product "1C: Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 ";
• Installation of working bases in the user's field has been completed;
• Initial training of users on the principles of working in the accounting system;
• Assistance in starting work with the system;
• Collection and analysis of customer requirements for the automated system;
• Work milestones planning, work scheduling;
• Methodological support and Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system: the MFU module has been configured and finalized, budget forms and reports have been developed;
• User interfaces and user rights sets have been created;
• Configured integration with external systems, implemented unloading data in Hyperion;
• The balances from the previous account system have been transferred.
