Now clients of banks had an opportunity quickly and conveniently to perform payment of services of housing and public utilities, the Internet, commercial TV, mobile and fixed telephone communication, etc. for benefit of regional and federal service providers, to get access to the banking products, to manage remotely the means. A system provides to both credit institutions, and service providers, and individuals undoubted advantages.
