Hogart (Axelot WMS X5)

In June, 2018 the Axelot company reported that it implemented AXELOT WMS X5 in Hogart.

According to the company, in the first stage of the project on transition to the logistic AXELOT X platform implementation of AXELOT WMS X5 in a warehouse of the company in Yuzhnoye Butovo was planned. The warehouse size – 6000 sq.m. In a warehouse zones of acceptance, storage, packaging and shipment of ready orders are organized. The storage area in turn consists of the following zones: a zone of frontal pallet racks, a zone of racks for storage of long logs, the mezzanine, a zone of floor storage and also a zone of street storage. Work of a warehouse is organized in 2 changes from 7 in the morning to 10 in the evening. Number of staff is 33 employees. All employees work with radio data collection terminals. In a warehouse 4 fork loaders and 4 pilers and also 2 diesel loaders for street works are used.

The possibility of flexible adaptation of AXELOT WMS X5 allowed to configure a system under business processes of the warehouse "Hogarth" without any programming. Tuning of interaction with the ERP system was performed using the service data bus DATAREON ESB. Information on stock balance  was unloaded from the old WMS system.
