The INTALEV regional office begins the project of setting and automation of an end-to-end system of management, budgeting and management accounting in supermarket chain of furniture Homster Ukraina, implementing solution of Intalev: Corporate management, the press service of integrator reported on May 7, 2013.
Selection
The INTALEV company is selected by the partner in the draft in fact of the proposal of the contractor: "from development of methodology of management of finance before its automation on the platform of the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management"".
Parts
The project consists of several blocks:
- "Methodology of management accounting and budgeting"
- "Budget planning"
- "Payment schedule"
- "Managerial accounting"
- "Document flow of agreements"
- "Management of retail"
For May 8, 2013 accomplishment of tasks of the first block of the project is at a completion stage: the methodology of management accounting (including the managerial chart of accounts and the list of economic transactions, formats and technology of reporting are created) and budget planning is developed.
