IBS IT Services (Cisco TelePresence)

Specialists of IBS unrolled network information infrastructure of new production office of home company. The Osnovny office with new is connected by the advanced system of a video conferencing Cisco TelePresence allowing to hold remote meetings with effect of presence.

Solution

The project of creation of network infrastructure for office "Novodmitrovsky" was implemented "from scratch" and included design of infrastructure and communications systems, deployment of the structured cable network, purchase, installation and setup of telecommunication equipment, connection of jobs.

Result

As a result of project implementation the high-speed data network based on solutions of Cisco is unrolled. It provides the staff of new office with services of a local network, wireless network of the most modern IEEE 802.11n standard, Internet access and the IP telephony. The functionality of the last is expanded (in comparison with used earlier) due to use of a system of unified communications.

For holding remote meetings in each of offices the meeting rooms equipped the most advanced today with the system of a video conferencing – Cisco TelePresence are equipped. In it video of high definition, volume transmission systems of a sound, specially created working environment and means of interactive interaction are used.

During the project the problem of consolidation of a data network of new office with the main office of the company is solved and also with data centers of the company where the main information systems are placed. For this purpose two offices were connected by high-speed optical communication links.
