2018: Beginning of the project on upgrade of ASUD

On November 21, 2018 system integrator "ID Management Technologies" announced the beginning of the project on upgrade management systems for document flow for IDGC of Centre and Volga region PJSC.

In parallel volumes of the managerial documentation processed in information systems by employees increased power companies. Achievement of the maximum effect and required level on functionality, performance and fault tolerance for ASUD PJSC IDGC of Centre i Privolzhya could be provided only when updating the platform OpenText Documentum to the akutalny version with simultaneous execution of works on development of functionality of a system.

Upgrade of ASUD will also allow to increase efficiency of exchange of documents of PJSC IDGC of Centre i Privolzhya with PJSC IDGC of Centre. At the same time the staff of executive office and all branches of "IDGC of Centre and Volga region" will be able quickly to interact with a command of IDGC of Centre on a number of organizational and administrative documents, including orders, orders, instructions, protocols, VISD, powers of attorney, the entering documentation.

It was decided to upgrade set in ASUD company on the OpenText Documentum 6.7 platform to the version of Documentum 7.2. The open competition for project implementation was won by ID-Management Technologies system integrator. The IT company specializes in implementation, support and upgrade of ASUD for geographically distributed enterprises and also has own developments in the field of workflow automation.

The command of the system integrator should optimize completely ASUD, including updating of the Documentum platform and implementation of a cluster architecture on the server hardware of "IDGC of Centre and Volga region". In addition, the module of external exchange between workflow systems of PJSC IDGC of Centre i Privolzhya and PJSC IDGC of Centre will be implemented. Connection to the system of 7,500 users from Executive office and 9 branches of "IDGC of Centre and Volga region" at all levels of company management is planned. Processes of document flow, approval and control of execution of instructions on 8 types and more than 20 document types will be in full automated.

2017: An open competition on purchase of licenses of Documentum

At the beginning of March, 2017 Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Centre and Volga region", the subsidiary company of Rosseti, announced an open competition on purchase of the licenses EMC Documentum which are necessary for work of the automated system of managerial document flow (ASMDF). The initial cost of the contract is 385 million rubles.^[1]

ASUD is used in business activities of the enterprise for the purpose of process automation of internal end-to-end document flow and also processes of intercorporate end-to-end document flow with Rosseti company and subsidiaries of this company.

Totally the customer will obtain 7300 licenses. They will be distributed on 9 branches of the company.

Delivery should be performed during the period from April, 2017 to April, 2018.

Bids are accepted till March 20. The results should be summed up on March 31, 2017.

In May, 2016 other subsidiary company of Rosseti - IDGC of Centre - selected Ensys Technologies company the supplier of the software licenses EMC Documentum. 5400 licenses for term not less than 10 years were in total bought. Transaction amount was 282.4 million rubles.
