"IDGC of the North Caucasus" expands the system of managerial document flow

In "The interregional network company of the North Caucasus" implementation of new functionality of a system of managerial document flow based on the EMC Documentum software products is complete. The project is executed by TopS BI company.

In 2009 in connection with emergence of new business processes before the company there were tasks of their automation. Besides, it was required to increase efficiency of interaction of divisions in the course of approval and execution of documents.

Within the project the functionality of the used system is expanded. For automation of such areas as agreements, acts and laid on, obligatory documents, orders of heads, solutions of meetings and statistics, were implemented new modules.

The updated system allowed to accelerate approval of documents and to bring process of managerial document flow to new qualitative level. In particular, implementation of the module "Statistics" allowed to control in more detail process of execution of documents and more effectively to influence the services influencing terms of approval of documents.
