The electronic document management system is IRM businessDoc, in it the possibility of interaction of diverse information systems is implemented, legally significant intercorporate electronic document management between separate legal entities is created, there is a mobile client giving an ability to manage the enterprise or the organization in a continuous duty. The corporate clients already now using this system are large developer ("SPb Renovation"), insurance (Oranta), power sales (Mosenergosbyt) and other companies. The solution is implemented in the state bodies and the organizations of the Government of Moscow connected with management of the construction industry of the megalopolis.

The Systems and Projects group and Mosenergosbyt (MES) summed up in the spring of 2012 the results of cooperation within projects on creation in power supply company of an electronic document management system and the portal for interactive interaction with end consumers on the Internet.

The project on implementation of electronic document management in Mosenergosbyt started in 2006 when the customer as a basis of EDMS selected the IRM businessDoc system of production of IRM STC company (enters into Sistemy i Proyekty Group).

As noted, IRM businessDoc represents the hi-tech information system of electronic document management capable to develop dynamically and meeting all modern requirements and standards in the field of office-work and management of administrative processes.

Now in Mosenergosbyt electronic office-work, electronic archive of documents and process management of the current business activities successfully works. Preparation of agreements, approval of registers of payments, collecting of the regular reporting comes from divisions in the automated mode. The electronic document management system based on IRM businessDoc covers more than 1.5 thousand automated jobs today, including in the city departments and client offices scattered across Moscow and Moscow area, territorial departments and more than to ten child dependent societies.

For exchange of documents with the child organizations which are separate legal entities by means of the special module "IRM businessDoc-Kuryer" the intercorporate electronic document management providing interaction of diverse information systems, says the Systems and Projects group was organized.

On a response of the customer, the successful project on workflow automation became an important stage of further development of IT infrastructure of Mosenergosbyt. The new project in the field of automation of promotion of energy-saving technologies (EST) — on development and deployment of the Energomenedzher system which accomplishment was entrusted to IRM Development company was let into the companies (also enters into Sistemy i Proyekty Group). Project works were completed by the end of 2011. As a result of project implementation the customer received the Energomenedzher portal brought into operation providing interactive interaction with end consumers on the Internet.

In general Energomenedzher represents a specialized enterprise portal on which all information on an energy saving perspective is collected. A system is constructed by the principle of modularity — the public portal, the office portal, the integration solution, the data warehouse. Screens of input and information display are executed in uniform design with other systems of Mosenergosbyt. The public portal is intended for promoting of energy saving and communication with the end consumer. The office portal is intended for preparation of information on services, technologies, the equipment, objects of power supply system with their characteristics and location on the card.

So, on the public portal information on services, technologies, the equipment and objects of power supply system with their characteristics and location on the card is available to users. Users can compare characteristics of the different equipment, study experience of the implemented projects and observe via webcams operation of the installed equipment.

The equipment is grouped in the lines created on the used technologies, and users are given an opportunity to make a virtual tour on standard objects or to those places where energy-saving technologies are already implemented, and to study real economic effect at implementation of the selected item of equipment, to see offers on use of the energy saving equipment.

Besides, on the public portal it is possible to select solutions and at once to define a set of the equipment and related services for acquisition. At the same time, without leaving the portal, it is possible not only to create the order, but also to define what of settlement schemes is more preferable to acquisition of this equipment or service.

Integration of Energomenedzher with production information systems of MES gives the chance to specialists of the customer to manage a full stroke of formation and order processing, to exercise monitoring and control of the building equipment, providing comparative diagrams with indications of an expense of resources "to" and "after" implementation of EST.

"The complex is integrated with production information systems. It allows to manage a full stroke of formation of orders and obtaining information on a status of providing power services" — the head of department of development and deployment of new technologies of Mosenergosbyt company Alexander Lunev noted.

According to the Systems and Projects group, introduction to commercial operation of the Energomenedzher system became an element of the whole complex of actions for promotion of energy-saving technologies and the equipment for end users (physical persons and legal entity) and was dated for opening of the Center for energy saving in Mytishchi.

At the moment in Mosenergosbyt works on further development of systems and building of the services connected both with energy saving promoting, and with electronic document management are continued. Development of functionality in automation of vendor relations, control of supply of equipment and work is planned. For providing to clients of Mosenergosbyt of more detailed offers on implementation of energy-saving technologies, the counted business plans and simplification of the choice of schemes of settlement integration options with a billing system are studied.
