Aytisapportmi completed the SAM Baseline project according to the complex analysis of use of software of Microsoft

On April 7, 2017 the Softline company announced project completion of SAM Baseline according to the complex analysis of use of software of Microsoft in ITSupportMes company.

Experts of Softline together with IT personnel of the customer carried out inventory of all PC park and a server framework using the solution Microsoft MAP Toolkit. Also the contract data confirming acquisition of the software were analyzed.

According to the results of the SAM project it was recommended to customer to carry out regular monitoring of use of Microsoft Office applications for effective control of number of copies of the software and their version control. Also it was offered to ITSupportMes company to develop the regulations describing lifecycle of software and to consider the possibilities of implementation of means for management of it. As the most perspective technology the cloud platform of Azure and Office 365 was recommended. It will allow to increase personnel labor productivity, to provide timeliness of decision making and it is essential to reduce time for providing data access.
