IT Expert (ISO 9001:2015)

2019: Passing of audit on compliance of SMK to requirements of ISO 9001:2015

On April 24, 2019 the IT Ekspert LLC company underwent certification audit on compliance of a quality management system to the international standard ISO 9001:2015. During audit the full compliance was set to requirements of the standard.

In "the IT the Expert" preceded building of own quality management system long-term process of studying of techniques of project work, technologies of project and standard implementation of 1C, technology of corporate maintenance. For this purpose the company became the project participant 1C:CMK, purchased 1C: ProfCase.

Thanks to participation of the company in project 1C:CMK in IT Ekspert LLC planning processes of works, requirement analysis of clients, documentation of stages of production process, controlling and reactions to addresses and claims of clients were competently built.

After the long-term preparatory period the company started standardization of the business processes according to requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Within this stage the main business processes were formalized, the fundamental documentary procedures regulating and standardizing processes of activity of the company, both the obligatory, and specific procedures "IT Expert" are developed (such as "Order of a precontracted work", "Operating procedure on departures", "Order of remote work", etc.). Implementation of procedures of measurement of quality of business processes and total quality control of products and the services rendered to clients became the main result of this period.

As certifying authority the international certified organization — Bureau Veritas Certification Rus company was selected.

Auditors of certifying authority checked not only the main document SMK – "Quality manual", but also operability of the processes of the company described in it for compliance to the standard, made sure available procedures of requirement analysis of clients, planning and control of execution of works and also customer satisfaction level assessment, accomplishment of other requirements in practice.

Based on certification audit the IT Expert company received the certificate of conformity to ISO 9001:2015 No. RU002537 of April 24, 2019.
