Customers: MV Kingisepp

Mechanical and Instrument Engineering

Contractors: Idei Robotics

Project date: 2025/12

In December 2025, it became known about the conclusion of a contract for the supply of two turnkey robotic complexes between the Belarusian company Idei Robotics and the Russian enterprise MV Kingisepp, located in the Leningrad Region. The latter is a major supplier of auto components and specializes in the production of stamped steel discs.

According to Dmitry Yudin, director of Idei Robotics LLC, the equipment is scheduled for delivery in 2026. The complexes are designed to automate the overload of wheels - one of the most difficult operations in the technological process. Before the introduction of robots, this work was done manually. Automation will improve productivity, efficiency and quality of work.

According to the publication "SB. Belarus today software , "for these complexes developed by specialists of the Gomel company and has no analogues in the post-Soviet space. This "smart" equipment allows you to automate basic but time-consuming production operations. The company's products are already used at a number of large industrial enterprises in Belarus and, Russia including BelAZ"," "," "Belkommunmash OJSC," "MAZ Mogilevtransmash" and "Yarshintorg YST Group."

The robots were tested by employees of the enterprise and recognized as effective. According to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, the carrying capacity of the robotic complex reaches 250 kg, and the speed of movement is 7 meters per second.

As Dmitry Yudin noted, robots must take on hard work, freeing people to solve intellectual problems. Automation, in his opinion, is designed to replace physical labor primarily in monotonous, exhausting areas, as well as where the scale of production is not covered by existing labor resources.[1]
