The company Ink completed the project of creation of an automatic control system by the movement of cars for \"The Ilyichevsk plant of automobile units \" public joint stock company \"ZAZ \". Implementation of this system allows to perform the movement of cars in territorially spaced workplaces through entrance gate, financial service and exit gate.

The following elements were composition: the system of scanning and recognition of license plate numbers, a management system and integration with 1C 7.7 and also the fiber optic Ethernet local area network.

Let's note that basic functions of a system of scanning and recognition of license plate numbers of motor transport which is constructed based on SecurOS hardware-software complex with the intelligent module "Car Inspector" are:

  • recognition of car numbers;
  • control and accounting of car traffic;
  • implementation of the mode of the parking;
  • support of the wide nomenclature of license plate numbers of the different countries;
  • work with data from external base of numbers.

It is important to emphasize that the constructed system is multitask that allows to carry out parallel operation at all workstations - to direct and authorize entrance and departure on the territory of a cargo complex. It allows to reach big extent of automation and to reduce risks of the errors connected with a human factor thanks to what the overall level of security on an object raises.

Jackpot Vitaly, the head of information technology of "The Ilyichevsk plant of automobile units" noted PJSC ZAZ: "According to regulations on establishment of a uniform order of functioning of a system of electronic accounting of vehicles, before us there was a need for implementation of such system. We needed the system providing automatic control of cars of the movement in our territory. Thanks to cooperation with the company by Ink the project was implemented in the stipulated terms and in full. I will emphasize that the implemented system significantly increased efficiency of our enterprise. Important advantage of the project is a scaling option of this management system in the future".
